SGVJAA SIDELINE CHEER
SGVJAA Sideline Cheer is our conference-level cheer program for athletes entering grades 5–8 who are ready for a more structured, team-based experience that combines performance, skill development, and competition. These teams support our tackle football program and compete in the San Gabriel Valley Junior All-American Football Conference (SGVJAA) season.

Teams & Divisions
•
Jr. Pee Wee (ages 9–11, grades 5–6) — Jr PeeWee Mavs
• Pee Wee (ages 10–12, grade 7) — PeeWee Mavs
• Jr. Midget (ages 12–14, grade 8) — Elite Mavs
Season Includes
• Local practices in Palos Verdes
• Weekend games (Saturday and/or Sunday)
• Limited regional travel
• Summer cheer camp
• SGV-hosted competitions and potential postseason events

• Stunts, jumps, and cheer fundamentals
• Teamwork and leadership
• Competitive game-day experience
